From the 2000-2001 Fall winter collection, this 100% silk skirt is hand-made, embellished with thousands of sequins. A golden version was seen on the runway & the same sequins designs silk material was also on the show as a dress. Invisible press button enclosure on the side. A true work of art for collectors. Also the label is mentioning "couture" which is super rare.
